The weather is finally warming up enough to go camping! So, that’s exactly what we decided to do with our weekend. We set up camp by Twin Springs, Idaho. It was gorgeous out and we hiked our butts off (it feels like it anyway). This was Oliver’s first time camping and he was in doggy-heaven the entire time, with all the new smells. While we were there we also stumbled across a little cave and some abandoned mine shafts that were carved into the monstrous cliffside during Idaho’s gold rush era.
Below are some of my favorite shots from this seasons first camping trip, enjoy!
I love the Lion King thing you got going in that last picture, lol.
Lol, I know, Oliver is too cute.
Nice set of photos. I love the one with your feet in the sleeping bag looking out at the trees through the tent door. Kind of like a perfect morning.
Thanks Rich, That’s one of my favorites as well!
It would be awesome to wake up like that all the time. 🙂
Looks fun!
I’m in philadelphia!
Oh my gosh! I had no idea! What brought you there?
My dad got transferred and asked us to come with. It was an opportunity we couldn’t turn down!
Well, how could you?! Sounds like an adventure! I’ve never been outside of the western part of the United States. Hope all is well!
I’ve only ever visited the east coast so it’s weird to live here but we have found so much help for our little guy we didn’t have in Boise. It’s proven to be the right choice for sure!
I’m glad! A bigger city comes definitely comes with bigger opportunities. You’re kids are so adorable, and you’re one tough momma Sydney! 🙂
Were so lucky to have a great hospital so close, that’s made all the difference. And thank you, but I’m just doing what any mom would!
I think it takes a special kind of mom to do it with so much composure though!
You are the only one I know who can match her toes to the sleeping bag! Great pics and looks like all kinds of fun
Haha thanks, it wasn’t something I planned on doing!
I think its instictual! Just because you are camping does NOT mean you can’t accessorize and coordinate correctly
Idaho is so beautiful! I miss it
Where are you living now, Sydney?
